Dried & Frozen Goods

Dried Mushrooms

Nearly every variety of mushroom we offer is also available dried. Dried mushrooms are a great substitute when fresh are out of season, shelf life is a concern, or you’re planning a menu on a tight budget. Many mushrooms even take on a different, or enhanced flavor during the dehydration process.

We’re proud to offer the following varieties of dried mushrooms:
Morels, Chanterelles, Black Trumpets, Shiitake, Porcini, Lobster Mushrooms, Oysters, Portobello, Wild Blend

Dried Fruits

We have a wide selection of dried fruits available, including cherries, blueberries, cranberries, apricots, figs and more. Great for salads, baking, confections, sauces and chutneys, stuffing, jelly, jam, and more. Our cherries and blueberries are grown, harvested and dried in northern Michigan (Traverse City), the cherry capital of the US!

Frozen Mushrooms

Frozen mushrooms are a great option for certain applications - They are able to hold their texture, color and consistency better than dried mushrooms in most cases, and are great for the items you’d like to keep on your menu after the fresh season has ended.

We’re proud to offer the following varieties of dried mushrooms:
Morels, Chanterelles, Black Trumpets, Shiitake, Porcini, Lobster Mushrooms, Oysters, Portobello, Wild Blend

Frozen Fruits

Let’s face it - fresh fruit can be a pain to keep on hand. Our selection of frozen fruits are an excellent alternative to ensure your product travels well, is available year round, and is all-around easier to prepare and use.

We are able to offer many frozen berries year-round. Contact us for availability and pricing today!

Frozen Ramp Bulbs

Availability: While supplies last!

All the great things about ramps, but available out of season. Keep the robust, garlicky, onion-y flavor on your menu, or pickle them for an intense flavor profile. These are typically only available in very limited quantities after the spring season has ended.
